Agora Lledó International School – Much more than a class – Sport
At Agora Lledó International School, we develop our bodies as much as our minds.
The only way to achieve a balance between health and intellectual growth is to work all parts of our body.
Sport, just like music, helps pupils to develop and to achieve better results in every one of the activities taught at Agora Lledó International School.
We offer a sports centre of 6,700m² as well as 2 outdoor courts where we can comfortably take part in all sports at school.
Sporting activity included in classes at Agora Lledó International School, in Castellón, helps to strengthen the main values instilled in pupils at all NACE Schools:
▪ Self-improvement and discipline
▪ Perseverance and effort
▪ Team work and cooperation
At school we encourage competition in friendly matches and in local sports leagues.
As an extra incentive for our community, and the NACE Schools community, our pupils can sign up for the NACE Olympic Games. This is a unique event in which sport and international education come together, joining different cultures, languages and nationalities.
Agora Lledó International School has had great success in sport over the years. Particular mention should be given to numerous pupils who are Spanish champions in rhythmic gymnastics.
Our pupils have also won many awards in provincial and autonomous community swimming events, while our synchronised swimming and football teams have performed very well at autonomous community competition level. The different categories who compete under the name Lledó-L’Illa Grau Volley (partner club) have been highly successful at both provincial and national level, taking the name “Lledó” with them all over Spain.
We believe firmly in team sports, in shared triumph and achievements.
